A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is due at commencement. The remainder is due upon completion of the work. Completed work that is not paid in full within six months is subject to forfeiture.

Amp names are not models, like a Toyota Corolla. Larry is a specific amp, number TK-101. If you'd like an amp that looks like Larry — or anything else that's been made — you may order a new, custom amp in the style of Larry. This new amp will not be called Larry. It will have its own name. Just like that guy you know who looks like your friend Tom isn't also named Tom.

All equipment (amps, speakers, accessories, etc.) is made to order. The Collection page showcases some of our previous work that can be used as inspiration for your purchase. Or you can dream up something totally new and fresh.

Tiki Tube Amps are personally delivered by Desmond to the location of your choice. I will coordinate with you to manage shipping, delivery, and installation.

Yes, we do. We will also wire your Tiki Tube Amp transformers to accommodate local mains voltage and outlet plug style.

Desmond's Tiki Tube Amps are warrantied for five years against any defects in manufacturing. This does not cover consumable parts like vacuum tubes. It does not cover damage done by doing unusual things to the amp — like pouring beer inside it or dropping it. These are sensitive items. Treat them well and they'll treat you well. Buyer pays all shipping costs on warranty repairs.

Sadly, no. Because all work is custom we cannot accept returns.
